1. How do I add personalisation?
Please add your chosen name or personalisation details in the Special Instructions section at checkout. If your design includes an optional date or custom wording, you can include this there too.
2. Are your cushions handmade?
Absolutely. Every cushion is handcrafted with great care using a combination of hand embroidery, appliqué, painting, and carefully selected fabrics to create timeless heirloom keepsakes.
3. What size are the cushions?
Our square cushions measure 45 x 45 cm and our rectangular cushions measure 30 x 50 cm.
4. What fabrics do you use?
We use premium cottons, cotton blends, and linens chosen for their softness, durability, and timeless aesthetic. Fabric details are listed within each individual product description.
5. How long will my order take?
As each cushion is handmade to order, please allow around 3 weeks lead time for the design to be pondered, drawn up and created and then shipped out to you. During busy periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer but I’ll always let you know.
6. Are your cushions suitable for nurseries?
Yes — our cushions are designed for decorative use in nurseries, bedrooms, and reading corners. We always recommend using cushions under adult supervision for babies and young children.
7. Do the cushions include inserts?
Yes, Our cushions come with inserts included. When shipping overseas - we do ship covers only to minimise shipping costs to the buyer
8. Can I send a custom design request?
We love creating meaningful keepsakes. If you have a custom idea, colour palette, or theme in mind, please get in touch via our contact page or Instagram to discuss a bespoke order.
